- 125 ml milk 🥛 (you can use a plant-based option)
- 1 egg 🥚 
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
- 1/2 tbsp Ghee butter 🧈 
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 170 g Cassava starch ✔️
- 30 g Parmesan cheese 🧀 
- 70 g shredded Mozzarella cheese 🧀 

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese.
2️⃣ Once you have a smooth dough, add the mozzarella and mix gently.
3️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 4 minutes.
4️⃣ Pour the mixture into muffin molds and cook for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

⚡ Tip: Enjoy them fresh out of the air fryer to savor the fluffy texture and melted cheese. 🤤

- 5 g Chopped walnuts 🌰

➡️ YOGURT TOPPING

- 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt 🍦
- Vanilla extract, honey, and cinnamon to taste ✅

👉 Preparation: 

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix all the cake ingredients—except the grated carrot and walnuts—until smooth.
2️⃣ Add the grated carrot and chopped walnuts, and mix well.
3️⃣ Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold.
4️⃣ Microwave at 800 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
5️⃣ Remove from the microwave and let cool.
6️⃣ Mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract.

👉 Instructions:

1️⃣ Crush the cookies, add the peanut butter, and mix until you get a manageable crust.
2️⃣ Press the crust into a mold and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ For the filling, blend all the ingredients.
