- 1 tsp Baking powder ☑️
- 1 g Baking soda ☑️
- Honey to taste 🍯
- 1 Egg 🥚
- 75 g Unsweetened Greek yogurt 🍦
- 45 g 100% Natural pineapple juice 🍍
- Coconut oil 🥥
- 3–4 Fresh pineapple slices 🍍✨

🌿 INSTRUCTIONS 🌿

1️⃣ Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl.

2️⃣ In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

3️⃣ Add both mixtures together and stir until well combined.

4️⃣ In a hot skillet, sear the pineapple slices for 2 minutes on each side.

5️⃣ Pour about 2 tbsp of batter over each slice and cover.

6️⃣ Cook pancakes for 2 minutes per side over medium heat.

- 170 g Cassava starch ✔️
- 30 g Parmesan cheese 🧀 
- 70 g shredded Mozzarella cheese 🧀 

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese.
2️⃣ Once you have a smooth dough, add the mozzarella and mix gently.
3️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 4 minutes.
4️⃣ Pour the mixture into muffin molds and cook for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
