	•	2 tbsp honey 🍯
	•	½ cup raspberries ❤️ (some whole, some mashed)
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract 🤎

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a food processor, combine: cream cheese + Greek yogurt + egg + egg white + honey + vanilla
2️⃣ Blend until smooth and creamy, with no lumps
3️⃣ Pour the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper
4️⃣ Add the raspberries: some mashed (for more flavor) and some whole

🔥 Air Fryer: Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 25–30 minutes

🔥 Oven: Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes

👉 If it browns too much on top: cover loosely with foil during the last few minutes

⚠️ When inserting a knife, it should come out creamy, but NOT liquid

❄️ Cooling (IMPORTANT)

👉 Let it rest for 20–30 minutes before slicing

Note:

1️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 3–5 minutes.

2️⃣ Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 22–25 minutes.
If it browns too much on top, cover loosely with foil and reduce to 150°C (300°F) for the final minutes.

3️⃣ Let it rest for at least 15–20 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
