➡️ INGREDIENTS ⬅️
- 150 g Oat Flour 🌾
- 70 ml milk 🥛
- 1 and ½ avocado 🥑, pitted and peeled (180g)
- 1 Plain yogurt ✔️ (sugar-free)
- 50 g Cocoa powder 🤎
- ⅓ tsp Salt 🧂
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence ✔️ (optional)
- 150 g pitted dates ✔️ (previously soaked in hot water to soften)
- 50 g 70% chocolate 🍫
1️⃣ Soak the dates in hot water before mixing them with the other ingredients.
2️⃣ Blend all the ingredients except the 70% chocolate.
3️⃣ Taste the mixture, and if necessary, add more dates to sweeten it further.
4️⃣ Line the baking dish with greaseproof paper before pouring in the mixture. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
5️⃣ Toppings are optional.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes with top and bottom heat. No fan.
⚠️👉 When you take the brownie out of the oven, the consistency will be soft. Let it cool at room temperature, and it will firm up (you can also cool it in the fridge).
➡️ For a VEGAN option, substitute the milk with a plant-based drink and the yogurt with coconut yogurt.
