➡️ INGREDIENTS ⬅️
1/3 cup Strawberries 🍓
1/3 cup of Blackberries 💜
2 tsp. Chia Seeds 🌱
2 Tbsp. Honey 🍯
1 cup of Greek yogurt 🍦
1️⃣ Mix the fruits in a bowl and mash them manually.
2️⃣ Add the chia seeds and honey (remember that you can add your favorite sweetener).
3️⃣ With the help of a spoon, scoop out each bite and place them on a tray or plate with wax paper.
4️⃣ Freeze for 1-2 hours or until it has a firm texture.
5️⃣ Dip the jam bites into the Greek yogurt and honey topping.
6️⃣ Freeze again for 30 minutes or until set.
7️⃣ Store the bites in the freezer until ready to eat.
Note ➡️ Thaw at room temperature for 1-2 minutes if they are too firm before enjoying.✅
