β‘οΈ INGREDIENTS β¬ οΈ
1/3 cup Strawberries π
1/3 cup of Blackberries π
2 tsp. Chia Seeds π±
2 Tbsp. Honey π―
1 cup of Greek yogurt π¦
1οΈβ£ Mix the fruits in a bowl and mash them manually.
2οΈβ£ Add the chia seeds and honey (remember that you can add your favorite sweetener).
3οΈβ£ With the help of a spoon, scoop out each bite and place them on a tray or plate with wax paper.
4οΈβ£ Freeze for 1-2 hours or until it has a firm texture.
5οΈβ£ Dip the jam bites into the Greek yogurt and honey topping.
6οΈβ£ Freeze again for 30 minutes or until set.
7οΈβ£ Store the bites in the freezer until ready to eat.
